## Description

Wallflower Kitchen is a brand that offers a range of vegan recipes and cooking inspiration. Founded by Aimee Ryan in 2012, this brand was born out of her passion for baking and the desire for a creative outlet. As Aimee's journey into veganism began in 2014, Wallflower Kitchen became a platform focused on plant-based cooking. Aimee, a self-taught home cook, aims to provide accessible, simple, and affordable recipes for everyday people. The brand's highlight is the 'Great British Vegan' cookbook, featuring plant-based versions of classic British comfort dishes like Shepherds Pie and Sticky Toffee Puddings. Aimee's recipes have gained recognition from various publications such as The Huffington Post, BuzzFeed, and Daily Mail. Wallflower Kitchen also collaborates with brands for sponsored blog recipes, recipe development, photography, and more. Whether you're looking for recipe inspiration or specific dishes, Wallflower Kitchen is here to cater to your vegan culinary needs.
