## Description

Walter Hockey is a Swiss athlete representation and advisory service supporting selected sportspeople, with a focus on ice hockey. Based in Zurich, the company was founded on the principle of representing athletes competently and transparently while remaining committed solely to their interests. Its founder is a former professional ice hockey player with legal and business administration experience. Walter Hockey holds a federal placement licence granted by Switzerland’s State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and structures its services in line with the applicable guidelines.

Core services include representing athletes and facilitating player placements. The company helps clients obtain and assess contract offers, prepare for negotiations, and secure or renew agreements. Services are provided only after prior discussion and explicit instruction, giving athletes oversight and control of costs. Depending on each athlete’s needs, Walter Hockey can also connect them with qualified specialists in career planning, fiduciary matters, legal and tax advice, medical support, retirement planning, insurance, and career entry.
