## Description

Ward Park Runners is an inclusive running club based in Bangor, County Down, welcoming people of all backgrounds and abilities, from graduates of Couch-to-5k programmes to marathon runners. The club aims to promote and encourage running through training, competition and friendship, while building a supportive community where members can share motivation and advice. Training sessions take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7.10pm and last about an hour. Routes and locations may vary, with updates shared through the club’s Facebook page and SPOND app. Non-members are welcome to join individual sessions for £2. Annual membership costs £40, with concessions available and a reduced six-month membership offered from October to March. Membership includes affiliation with Athletics NI, which provides discounted entry to a number of races. The club also offers a pathway for people developing their running through Couch-to-5k. Official teamwear is supplied by In Teamwear and can be ordered during open purchasing windows.
