The program consists of three main components: safe and affordable housing, parent services and advocacy, and early education and child care.

Warren Village offers transitional, private housing in a secure and supportive environment where single-parent families can thrive. Skilled Family Advocates provide career, education, and financial counseling, along with life skills and parenting classes to help residents plan for a sustainable future. Additionally, their Learning Center provides high-quality early education and child care, as well as after-school and social-emotional support services.

In fiscal year 2022, Warren Village residents achieved remarkable outcomes. 93% transitioned into more permanent housing, 86% of parents earned or made progress toward a degree or certificate, and 89% of Learning Center children met or exceeded cognitive, literacy, and math benchmarks.
