With more than 700 members, it offers coached programmes for children, adults and people aged 50 and over, focused on fitness, kickboxing, self-defence, and physical and mental resilience. Its experienced, pedagogically certified coaches provide personal guidance in both group classes and individual sessions, welcoming participants of different ages and experience levels.
