The Washington Stormwater Center (WSC) is a collaborative initiative between Washington State University and the University of Washington, dedicated to innovative stormwater management solutions. It serves as a vital resource for research, training, and education concerning stormwater practices. The center focuses on helping communities navigate the permitting process and is committed to promoting Low Impact Development (LID) strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of stormwater.

WSC’s offerings include a robust resource library, cutting-edge research, and emerging technologies, all aimed at enhancing stormwater management techniques. They recently hosted their inaugural Stormwater Week, which featured free events, training sessions, and partnerships with various organizations to increase awareness about stormwater impacts in Washington state.
