Our mountain, Mount Tecumseh, has a rich history dating back to 1937 when the first ski trails were cut. Since then, Waterville Valley Resort has played a significant role in the development of freestyle skiing, hosting the first National Open Championships of Freestyle Skiing. We even opened New Hampshire's first terrain park, The Boneyard, in 1994.
