Wattle and Weft is the handmade textile and fibre studio of Australian artisan Samantha Gehrmann, based in rural Australia. Inspired by the colours and textures of the countryside and the rhythms of everyday life, Samantha creates small-batch pieces that celebrate thoughtful, traditional craftsmanship. Her work is made slowly by hand using natural and luxurious fibres, with an emphasis on quality and lasting appeal.

The brand offers handspun yarns made from fine Australian-grown and processed merino, cashmere, alpaca and other luxury fibres. Its handwoven garments and home textiles are crafted on a traditional floor loom using traceable organic cotton, silk, alpaca and wool. Wattle and Weft also shares stories and photographs of the making process, connecting customers with the people, materials and inspiration behind each creation.
