## Description

Wattloom is an innovative technology company founded in 2021 with a team of 34 talented professionals based in Portland, Dublin, and Trondheim. Specializing in the energy sector, Wattloom provides a cutting-edge load and headroom register designed for distribution utilities. The founders, Ana Reyes and Tom Bracken, both experienced in distribution planning, identified the inefficiencies of outdated capacity studies, which often relied on stale data. To address this, Wattloom developed a solution that reads historical data directly and maintains traceability for accurate reporting. The company has successfully onboarded 59 customers, including a cooperative that subscribed for monthly services. With a significant growth trajectory, Wattloom has raised $14.5 million in funding and maintains a robust gross margin of 79%. Committed to engineering excellence, Wattloom ensures that every engineer interacts directly with customers, enhancing product reliability and support. As they advance towards profitability by 2028, Wattloom continues to solve long-standing industry challenges with innovative technology solutions.
