## Description

WAWOS Canada is a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting inclusion and changing perceptions of children who use assistive devices. Through its programs, the organization supports children and the communities around them with practical, creative initiatives.

WAWOS Wear provides free walker capes designed to celebrate each child’s interests and personality. By making assistive devices more personal and visible, the program aims to encourage inclusion in the community. WAWOS Wishes are awarded annually to Canadian nonprofits that offer accessible recreational adventures, helping support opportunities for participation and enjoyment. The organization also invites people to take part through Sew for Service, where volunteers can contribute their time and sewing skills to help produce more walker capes for children.

WAWOS works with partners and sponsors whose support helps advance its programs. The organization offers ways for people to learn about its work, get involved, and donate. WAWOS Canada is registered as a charity in Canada and provides information and contact options in both English and French.
