They listen to the requirements of their users and offer flexible and speedy solutions to ensure that everyone receives the support they need. One of their notable services is the Bubble Club, a parent's initial point of contact when they suspect their child may have a learning disability.

It offers support from other parents and carers, as well as advice from experienced Family Advisors. These advisors provide tailored support, advice, and information to individuals with learning disabilities, their families, and professionals. The Mencap Centre in Newbury serves as a hub for various activities, such as the popular Gateway Club, where adults with learning disabilities meet friends and enjoy leisure activities.

West Berkshire Mencap also operates Link Up, a sheltered employment and training scheme that helps adults with learning disabilities progress towards work experience placements or employment. Additionally, they have a registered Domiciliary Care Agency called Your Choice Services, which offers support and care to adults and children in their own homes and community settings. The Heffernan House, a supported living unit, provides homes for individuals with learning disabilities.
