## Description

The World Bass Society (W.B.S.) is a dedicated organization specializing in the planning and management of bass fishing tournaments. Founded with the mission to promote bass fishing as an enjoyable and thrilling sport, W.B.S. aims to elevate both the practice and competitive aspects of the sport in Japan. The society seeks to nurture professional anglers in a structured environment, akin to more established sports like golf and tennis, thus fostering a love for bass fishing among the youth while instilling a commitment to environmental conservation.

W.B.S. organizes various tournaments, including an annual classic event for top competitors, and features educational initiatives such as fishing classes and seminars aimed at women to promote understanding and interest in the sport. In addition, W.B.S. engages in community service through lake cleaning activities and strives to strengthen bonds among anglers, highlighting the importance of social connections. With a strong commitment to developing responsible anglers and enhancing the socio-environmental awareness of its members, W.B.S. is your go-to community for bass fishing enthusiasts.
