Wellness Connection is a renowned brand in Santa Barbara, CA that focuses on promoting mental health and well-being. Formerly known as the Youth Wellness Connection (YWC), Wellness Connection is a youth-driven leadership program under the umbrella of the Mental Wellness Center. Since its establishment in 2017, the Wellness Connection has been dedicated to increasing awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health in the community.

Through their high school leadership program, they educate, empower, and engage students to become mental health Upstanders. Looking ahead to the 2023/2024 school year, Wellness Connection aims to expand its council and recruit from diverse communities throughout Santa Barbara.
