In keeping with the rich tradition of Irish whiskey, we work with peated whiskey, single grains, and even re-mature whiskey in a Madeira cask. We also source the best Scotch whisky from Islay. Our commitment to transparency and integrity is evident in every bottle, as we never leave you guessing about what's inside. But we're not just about whiskey. We're also committed to sustainability, with a partnership that plants a native tree for every case of whiskey sold.
