We HealthTech is a HealthTech launchpad program aimed at promoting women managers to C-level executive positions within the Israeli ecosystem and building their skills for successful executive careers. With the ability to accelerate personal and professional growth in a short time, our program stimulates significant career progression and fosters meaningful collaborations. Gender diversity is crucial in the HealthTech industry for its positive impact on business results. However, the industry still faces a gender diversity problem, particularly at the C-level. To address this challenge, we provide an eight-month program that includes building essential professional skills, networking with a community of peer HealthTech women managers, and being inspired by senior women HealthTech executives. Our program also emphasizes the importance of role models and advisors in empowering women and encouraging their upward career paths.
