## Description

Project Grow CIC is a not-for-profit community urban food and farming collective based in Gloucester, with four community farming sites across Cheltenham and Gloucester. The organisation works to build healthier communities by connecting people with food, nature and shared growing spaces. Its work spans produce, people and places: it grows seasonal food and plug plants, creates and cares for community gardens and school growing spaces, and delivers Social and Therapeutic Horticulture programmes for people of all ages and abilities. These inclusive programmes help participants build confidence, learn skills, improve wellbeing and pursue personal goals through coaching and gardening activities.

Project Grow also provides design and build services for public, private and festival spaces, alongside corporate team-building, training and social responsibility opportunities. It collaborates with charities, local authorities, producers and other partners on commissioned projects that connect food, growing and community needs. Its social enterprises include Social Source, which makes small-batch sauces and chutneys using seasonal local ingredients, and Gloucester Soup, a collaboration focused on nourishing food, social connection and reducing food waste. The Potting Shed nursery sells seasonal plants for home growing and hosts community events.
