Wear Orange is a powerful movement dedicated to ending gun violence and honoring the lives affected by it. Founded in memory of Hadiya Pendleton, who was tragically killed, Wear Orange encourages individuals to don the color orange as a symbol of solidarity and action. The campaign mobilizes communities nationwide, particularly during the annual Wear Orange Weekend, set for June 6-8, 2025. Through educational initiatives, advocacy for responsible gun ownership, and supporting policy change, Wear Orange aims to create a safer future.
