## Description

LIM projects is an Okinawa-based company that helps organisations protect employee health and build healthier, safer workplaces. Founded in February 2024, the company’s name reflects its guiding idea, “Life is mine,” and its belief that people are a vital resource for business growth. Drawing on knowledge developed in medical settings, the team aims to make exercise an integral part of workplace life and support employees in becoming healthier while they work.

LIM projects offers health seminars and physical-function assessments, including body-composition measurements, to support employee wellbeing. Its staff bring medical and academic research expertise to the analysis of workplace health challenges and the effects of health-related investment, making results visible to organisations. The company also provides hands-on, end-to-end support for health management and occupational safety and health, including guidance aligned with age-friendly workplace recommendations and worker-injury prevention. Its work includes assessment, analysis and practical workplace improvement, helping employers address health as a management issue. Based in Kit Nakagusuku, Okinawa, LIM projects shares project outcomes, research-related information and company news.
