Welcome to Windsor Essex Community Health Centre (weCHC), where we are dedicated to delivering equitable, safe, and high-quality care that is centered around our clients and their needs. With six convenient locations throughout Windsor and Essex County, including Diabetes Wellness, Leamington, Pickwick Street Health, Sandwich, Teen Health, and Street Health, we strive to provide accessible healthcare close to home. At weCHC, our services are designed to address a wide range of medical, health promotion, and community outreach needs.

This includes medical care such as diabetes support, foot care, and respiratory therapy, as well as counseling services for individuals, groups, and those dealing with eating disorders. We also offer specialized programs like the Substance Abuse Program for African Canadian and Caribbean Youth (SAPACCY) and youth addiction counseling. Through partnerships with community organizations, weCHC extends our reach and ensures a comprehensive approach to healthcare.

Our programs and services are largely funded by the Erie St. Clair LHIN, allowing us to provide them to our clients at no cost. Whether you're seeking medical support, health promotion, or community resources, weCHC is here to support you on your journey to better health.
