## Description

WECO Alliance, or the West-East Cooperative Ecosystems Alliance, is an open academy promoted by QIAO LAB SHANGHAI. It brings together companies, investors, institutions, corporations, and individuals who see international cooperation as a way to foster development and create local value. Its mission is to help people and organizations overcome barriers between ecosystems, countries, and regions by encouraging the exchange of expertise, resources, and infrastructure.

WECO supports open innovation and cross-border collaboration through several programs and services. Its academy connects established companies and multinational corporations with startups, businesses, and university research projects from other ecosystems. WECO Investor Days and roadshows introduce investors to selected projects and investment opportunities, supporting fundraising and venture capital and private equity investment. The alliance also organizes exclusive events, forums, workshops, and institutional meetings to build relationships and advance joint projects.

Its activities promote knowledge transfer, access to technologies and investors, international project development, and practical collaboration. WECO invites startups, businesses, investors, universities, service providers, and other organizations to become partners and cooperate on international innovation initiatives.
