## Description

Wedge Brewing Company is an Asheville, North Carolina, neighborhood brewery founded in 2008. With two locations in the River Arts District—Wedge Studios and Foundy Street—it brings people together to enjoy good beer, food, music, and community. The brewery describes its mission as great beer and good vibes, creating welcoming gathering places for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Wedge offers a rotating selection of beers, including its award-winning Märzen Oktoberfest-style lager and seasonal releases such as pumpkin ale. Visitors can explore what is currently on tap at either taproom, join events, or arrange private events. Regular programming includes live music and the Friday sunset Records in the RAD Music Series at Wedge Studios.

Food is part of the taproom experience, with resident food trucks serving at the locations. Trucking Delicious offers comfort-food favorites such as specialty burgers, patty melts, pimento cheese sandwiches, and hot dogs at Wedge Studios. Burger Billy, from the team behind Taco Billy, serves smashburgers at Foundy Street. Wedge’s Grove Arcade location is closed.
