Weekend of Jazz (WOJ) is a vibrant festival celebrating jazz music and education, organized by the Beavercreek High School Instrumental Music Department and supported by the Beavercreek Music Parents Association. Scheduled for February 27-28, 2026, this year marks the 25th Anniversary of the festival, which showcases talented student bands from the area, providing them with world-class learning experiences. 

The headline act for the 2025 festival, The UNT One O'Clock Lab Band, is a renowned ensemble from the University of North Texas, celebrated for their impressive Grammy wins. The festival features a weekend packed with events, including a School Jazz Band Festival and special master classes. 

Admission to most events is free, with a nominal fee for the Saturday night performance, ensuring accessibility for all jazz enthusiasts. Additionally, the festival offers sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and individuals wishing to contribute to this enriching community event.
