## Description

Weigh Down Ministries is a revolutionary faith-based brand offering an innovative approach to weight loss. Their mission is to help individuals overcome obesity, overweight, and other eating disorders through a deep connection with God. The concept is simple yet transformative: eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Weigh Down provides classes, videos, testimonies, and accountability to guide you on this journey. By putting food back in its place and turning to God for emotional and spiritual fulfillment, you can experience a permanent transformation that affects your heart, soul, mind, and body. Weigh Down is not a diet; it is a new way of living that frees you from food rules and obsession with your body. Founded by Gwen Shamblin Lara, a registered dietitian with a master's degree in food nutrition, Weigh Down has helped thousands of individuals lose weight and grow closer to God. Get started on your own success story with Weigh Down Ministries.
