WELEAD Trust is a dynamic youth leadership development and advocacy organization that believes in the power of young people to drive positive change in the world. Our core mission is to empower and equip young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to make a lasting impact in their communities. We take a holistic approach to leadership development, working closely with young people to nurture their abilities and facilitate peer-to-peer learning. Our methods are both pragmatic and participatory, combining real-life simulations with hands-on training to create an immersive and impactful learning experience. We are dedicated to inclusivity and place a special emphasis on supporting young people in vulnerable situations, including young women, youth with disabilities, and minority youth. We believe that true progress can only be achieved when all voices are heard and represented. In addition to our leadership development programs, we also engage in youth advocacy, empowering young people to take the lead in decision-making, governance, and development processes. Our goal is to create a world where youth are actively involved and have a say in shaping the future.
