## Description

The Wellbeing Project is a collaborative initiative working to build a culture in which changemakers can care for their inner wellbeing and sustain thriving social change work. It supports people on the frontlines of complex challenges, including activists, teachers, nurses, community health workers, social entrepreneurs, and social workers, who may face burnout, depression, and trauma.

The project brings together organizations and institutions to deepen knowledge about wellbeing, help individuals and their organizations learn and act together, and make wellbeing a more widely recognized part of social change. Its work includes research and surveys, such as the State of Changemaker Wellbeing Survey; resources, articles, webinars, and stories; and networks and communities of practice focused on topics including organizational wellbeing, ecological belonging, intergenerational trauma, and philanthropy.

The Wellbeing Project also convenes regional and global Hearth Summits to foster collective action and exchange perspectives on wellbeing. Through partnerships, including collaborations with Georgetown University and IDR, it shares ideas and initiatives with communities around the world.
