## Description

WellPlay is a digital platform for mental health support, utilizing the psychodrama method and AI. With WellPlay, mental health institutions can reduce waiting lists by providing immediate help through their digital platform. This comprehensive solution allows patients to address their emotional conditions, making frontal therapy more effective and efficient. Through WellPlay, patients have the opportunity to visually engage with their inner conflicts and stressors 24/7, conducting a unique externalized dialogue that leads to new insights and immediate relief. The platform follows a five-step process, which includes focusing on the user's issue of concern, mentally warming up, creating dialogue, highlighting insights, and providing relevant materials. WellPlay is designed for users who receive therapy in existing settings, as well as therapists who want to streamline their therapy. The platform is suitable for a range of mental health difficulties and is a complementary resource to interpersonal therapy. Psychodrama is an established and recognized treatment method that allows for spontaneous, action-based work in therapy. The integration of psychodrama with WellPlay's digital platform expands the possibilities for creating compelling representations of the patient's content. Stay connected with WellPlay for updates on their upcoming app.
