## Description

WellTheory is a personalized autoimmune care brand offering evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support for people with diagnosed autoimmune conditions or unresolved symptoms. Its membership is designed to complement existing healthcare, helping members address factors such as diet, stress, sleep, and movement through ongoing, individualized guidance.

Members receive a whole-body care plan informed by an intake assessment and, where appropriate, advanced testing. Their dedicated care team includes a licensed registered dietitian, a certified health coach, and a care coordinator. Services include one-to-one video coaching, unlimited messaging between sessions, progress tracking, education, and a supportive community. WellTheory supports more than 100 autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn’s disease.

The company also works with employers and health plans, offering programs intended to support members and help employers identify and manage autoimmune-related costs. Coverage may be available at no out-of-pocket cost for eligible members through participating employers or insurance plans.
