## Description

We Make Change is a virtual volunteering platform connecting people and teams with impact-focused startups that need professional skills. The organisation says it supports more than 2,000 startups and invites volunteers to contribute remotely, on a schedule that suits them. Individuals and corporate teams can choose a volunteering journey, get matched with a startup based on their skills, interests and availability, and work on practical challenges in short, focused sessions.

Projects can draw on expertise in areas such as marketing, project management, design, strategy and team leadership. By applying their experience to real-world needs, volunteers help mission-driven founders develop and scale their solutions, while building skills including critical thinking, problem solving, communication and collaboration. We Make Change describes its work as supporting innovative solutions and contributing to progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The platform is designed to make participation straightforward, with virtual opportunities that can take as little as an hour and require no extensive administration.
