Determined to eliminate artificial ingredients from their family's diet and remove chemicals from household items, they embarked on a mission to create a healthier lifestyle.

The turning point came in 2012 when their oldest son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. As a result, they delved into understanding diabetes, carb counting, and the impact of healthy eating and exercise. During this process, they realized the importance of prioritizing their own health.

They joined a fitness challenge group, which transformed their life and motivated them to help others, especially women and moms, achieve the same level of well-being. Today, our brand organizes monthly fitness challenges to inspire and motivate individuals to become their best selves. We believe that health and happiness go hand in hand and encourage people to shed guilt and focus on self-care.
