## Description

Kevin Werbach is a world-renowned expert on the business, legal, and social implications of emerging technologies. As a professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, he has spent the past two decades exploring major trends at the intersection of the Internet, digital media, and communications. Kevin's expertise extends to areas such as blockchain, data ethics, gamification, and internet policy. He believes that the wildly misunderstood technology behind Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, known as blockchain, could change business and society just as profoundly as the internet did. Kevin also delves into the transformative impact of big data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, highlighting the potential for privacy abuses and discrimination. He further investigates what makes games fun, and how principles from game design can be applied to business. With his vast knowledge in technology and policy, Kevin Werbach is at the forefront of understanding and addressing the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.
