## Description

Dichtbij kinderopvang is a social childcare organization serving families across the Vijfheerenlanden region, Culemborg, Tiel and Asperen. It provides children aged 0 to 13 with a safe, caring and stimulating environment where they can learn, play and develop. Its services include preschool care and out-of-school care (BSO), supported by teams of pedagogical professionals and other staff.

The organization emphasizes trust, warmth, respect, curiosity and personal growth, aiming to help every child feel seen and encouraged to explore. Dichtbij also presents itself as a committed employer, offering roles in childcare and at its service office, with opportunities for learning and career development. Its recruitment offering includes permanent and flexible pedagogical positions, team leadership roles, internships and opportunities to train while working. Employees receive pay in line with the Dutch childcare collective agreement, an end-of-year payment and access to a bicycle plan. Through local vacancies across numerous towns, Dichtbij connects prospective employees with work close to home and invites them to contribute to children’s development and the wider community.
