WeShine PDX, located in Portland, Oregon, is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to combatting houselessness and providing better solutions for those experiencing homelessness in the city. Their mission is to create transitional micro-villages in participating neighborhoods, with funding from the Joint Office of Homeless Services, the City of Portland, grants, and donations.
