## Description

Westbound Equity Partners is a pioneering brand that invests financial and social capital into exceptional ventures led by, solving for, or built with underrepresented people of color. With a focus on early-stage companies, they provide a range of services to accelerate the visions of their founders. Their diverse team and network of experienced entrepreneurs, operators, and investors partner deeply with these visionary leaders to drive success.

Through their Westbound Network, they connect founders with top-tier industry professionals, coaches, and super-connectors for support and guidance. They also offer culture coaching and access to a robust Talent Network, prioritizing opportunities for Black and Latino talent. Moreover, Westbound Equity Partners is committed to giving back, allocating 50% of their carry to the Westbound Foundation to support nonprofit organizations closing opportunity gaps for underrepresented communities of color. Join Westbound in building a virtuous cycle of wealth and opportunity for a brighter future.
