## Description

The Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) is a nonprofit organization that shares information about nutrition and health, with an emphasis on the scientific study of traditional foodways. Its Wise Traditions approach encourages people to include a range of foods, such as grains, dairy, meat, fats, and vegetables, while making informed choices and using appropriate preparation methods. The foundation provides educational resources on topics including traditional diets, children’s health, fats, cod liver oil, raw milk, food preparation, and dietary guidelines. Its offerings include the Wise Traditions podcast, videos, articles, recipes, book and product reviews, and an annual conference with recordings. WAPF also publishes a shopping guide, brochures, and dietary principles, and provides resources for families, farmers, and local communities. Through campaigns such as Real Milk and Soy Alert!, local chapters, action alerts, and legislative updates, it supports public engagement around food and health issues. Visitors can join, donate, shop for materials, subscribe to email updates, or explore resources in Spanish.
