Gary and Mary West PACE is a nonprofit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) located in North County of San Diego. Since 2019, we have been serving our community by offering comprehensive support to seniors who qualify for nursing home-level care. Our goal is to help you maintain your independence and safely age in your own home.

We provide a wide range of services to support your needs, including in-home care, outpatient rehabilitation, adult day care, transportation services, meal assistance, nutrition support, telehealth, and more.
