Gary and Mary West PACE is a nonprofit Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) serving the North County of San Diego since 2019. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support so that you can safely age in the comfort of your own home. Our PACE program is specifically designed for residents who require nursing home-level care.

With a focus on your needs, we offer a full range of services to help you maintain your independence. Our services include in-home and outpatient rehabilitation, an adult day care and health center, scheduled transportation services, meal assistance, telehealth, and much more.
