## Description

Westwind Coachworks, founded by Jim Bolinger in 1978, has evolved into a leading custom builder of high-quality vehicles, particularly the Mercedes Sprinter line. With a rich history rooted in Ohio's limousine rental market, Bolinger's vision expanded from renting a single Cadillac limousine to operating a fleet of 75 vehicles, making Westwind Limousine the largest in the state by 1998. In the mid-1990s, recognizing the growing demand for luxury transportation, Bolinger ventured into limousine manufacturing, creating sophisticated models like the Lincoln Town Car and H2 Hummer limousines.

As consumer preferences shifted, Westwind Coachworks adapted by focusing on the versatile Mercedes Sprinter, offering a range of products including luxury limousines, mobile offices, executive shuttles, and specialized vehicles for healthcare professionals. With over 10,000 vehicles built and a team boasting over 200 years of combined experience, Westwind Coachworks, located in Sarasota, Florida, continues to set the standard for custom automotive solutions in the industry.
