## Description

We Tackle Trauma is a compassionate and innovative practice led by Jade Evelyn Gayle, a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience and a unique blend of lived experience and academic qualifications in Social Work, Sociology, and Teaching. Dedicated to creating inclusive and actionable interventions, the brand focuses on addressing trauma through collaborative and co-developed solutions tailored to individual needs. Their services encompass adult sessions, child and youth support, professional and peer consultations, and comprehensive research and consulting. We Tackle Trauma also offers training aimed at empowering organizations to better support vulnerable communities, including those affected by domestic violence, child abuse, chronic illness, and socioeconomic challenges. With a commitment to intersectionality, the brand emphasizes understanding diverse demographic experiences and works to eliminate hierarchal power dynamics often present in therapeutic settings. Through a growth mindset approach, We Tackle Trauma strives to facilitate safety, progression, and trauma reduction at personal, service, and systemic levels, ultimately aiming for a better future together.
