## Description

WeThrive HR is a fractional human resources partner for purpose-driven small businesses, particularly growing teams of 5 to 50 employees. Founded by Whitney Whitlock, the company helps leaders move from reactive HR challenges to structured, scalable people practices while preserving their workplace culture. Its ongoing monthly partnership starts at $2,500 and includes support for up to 10 team members, with an additional monthly fee for larger teams.

Services include employee onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance and documentation, employee handbook development, performance management, manager and leadership support, benefits guidance, employee relations, HR systems, growth strategy, and company culture development. WeThrive HR also offers recruiting services, priced according to a position’s first-year salary, and payroll administration for an additional monthly fee.

Drawing on corporate experience and a people-first approach, the company works collaboratively with clients to align people, purpose, and performance. Its goal is to simplify HR so business leaders can focus on their teams and growth, building workplaces grounded in clarity, trust, and connection.
