## Description

WH Rules is an unofficial, free reference and play tool for Warhammer 40,000 11th Edition. Available in English and Russian, it brings core rules, the matched-play Event Companion, Combat Patrol content, and rules and searchable unit datasheets for 30 factions together in one place. Players can build army lists using points from the current Munitorum Field Manual, check units and upgrades as they go, and import or share rosters from supported sources. During play, the game tracker supports missions, secondary objectives, command points, and round-by-round scoring for both players. With a roster loaded, it also displays how an army’s detachment rules, auras, and stratagems affect units in real time. WH Rules is installable on phones and works offline, without ads or an account; data stays on the device unless users sign in to sync lists and games across devices. The site also provides links to four official Warhammer Community source PDFs, along with project support, bug reporting, and legal information.
