## Description

**Brand Description: Wie Divers Ist Mein Garten?**

"Wie Divers Ist Mein Garten?" is an innovative initiative designed to raise awareness about biodiversity and the impact of human activities on species extinction. This unique project encourages citizen participation by providing self-developed smart feeding stations that utilize various sensors—including cameras, scales, microphones, and environmental monitors—to automatically identify and count bird species visiting private gardens across Germany. With over 13 million gardens in the country, the project transforms families into researchers, fostering exploration and data collection right at their doorstep.

Participants can set up the smart open-source stations in their gardens and engage with an online platform to evaluate and compare real-time data. The initiative also hosts workshops that guide citizens in building and enhancing their stations, sharing experiences, and discussing advancements in biodiversity monitoring. By involving the community, "Wie Divers Ist Mein Garten?" empowers individuals to actively participate in scientific research, promoting a deeper understanding of the ecological health of their surroundings.
