## Description

Wiisy is a cloud-based software platform that helps accommodation providers manage guest check-in and related administrative requirements. Designed for hotels, tourist apartments, bed and breakfasts, and campsites, it combines a mobile app with a web platform to support in-person, online, and self check-in. Guests’ documents can be scanned by smartphone, with details stored securely to support privacy and legal compliance, then submitted to the relevant authorities.

Wiisy automates tasks including sending guest records to Alloggiati Web, transmitting statistical data to regional and provincial systems, downloading and archiving receipts, and calculating or collecting tourist taxes. Hosts can also create and digitally sign short-term rental agreements, manage properties from a shared dashboard, and access occupancy reports. Multilingual online check-in, optional ISTAT fields, biometric self check-in, and integrations with PMS platforms, channel managers, smart locks, and booking calendars such as Airbnb and Booking.com help streamline operations. Flexible monthly, annual, and usage-based plans can be activated or cancelled without a fixed commitment. Wiisy also provides Italian-language customer support.
