## Description

Wildcat, founded in 2011 as the single-family office for David Bonderman, focuses on partnership-centric investments in leading companies. Their institutional approach, flexible mandate, and thematically driven investment strategy promote long-term collaboration and alignment with management partners. Wildcat aims to be active, yet flexible partners, providing equity capital, strategic insights, and a deep network to drive opportunity for their partners.

Their unique investment criteria and flexible capital base allow them to partner with companies that do not fit traditional private equity or venture capital parameters. With a focus on both growth and secondary capital, Wildcat invests up to $150mm in equity per transaction. They invest across various industries and typically target founder-owned or operated companies with strong management teams.

Wildcat's portfolio includes leading companies such as Express Wash Concepts, Club Car Wash, Spring Fertility, Wink Tech, and Glia, among others. These partnerships have resulted in significant growth and success for the companies involved, making Wildcat a valuable partner for businesses seeking strategic support and long-term value creation.
