## Description

Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway) is a professional network working to increase women’s leadership, influence, and visibility across Norway’s health and life science value chain. The organization focuses on the structural barriers that shape who leads, receives funding, and influences research and health priorities. Its mission connects leadership and representation with better outcomes for women and society as a whole.

WiLD Norway works across four pillars: professional development, advocacy, networking, and visibility. It connects women with peers, role models, sponsors, and decision-making spaces, while male ambassadors help open doors and challenge bias. The network offers programmes, including a mentorship programme, and hosts events that support learning and connection. It also shares news and resources and invites individuals and organizations to join or support its work.

WiLD Norway brings together members, partners, sponsors, supporters, and collaborators across the sector. Through its network and activities, it aims to support individual growth while contributing to broader change in health and life science leadership in Norway.
