## Description

The Wild Sheep Society of British Columbia is a conservation organization dedicated to protecting the province’s wild sheep and their habitat. Based in Aldergrove, the Society brings together members, volunteers, sponsors, and conservation partners to support initiatives focused on wild sheep and their future in British Columbia.

Its work includes conservation projects and education, with programs such as Adopt a Sheep, Wild Sheep Friendly, Wild/Domestic Separation Education, Women Shaping Conservation, and a Youth Initiative. The Society also shares information and perspectives through its Talk Is Sheep podcast, webinars, media festival, and blog. Members and supporters can participate in events including Ramfest, the Jurassic Classic, the Mountain Hunting Expo, and the Annual General Meeting. The Society offers membership options for adults, youth, and life members, and invites individuals and organizations to volunteer, become sponsors, or donate. Its wild sheep raffles provide another way to engage, with prizes supporting the Society’s conservation work. Through these opportunities, the organization connects people with wild sheep conservation across British Columbia.
