## Description

Wildtype is a revolutionary brand that is reinventing the seafood industry. With the ever-increasing demand for animal protein and the decline of wild sources, Wildtype has found a solution through cellular agriculture. By growing seafood directly from cells, they can create genuine salmon and other seafood without relying on wild or farmed fish. Not only does this innovative approach help meet the food security challenges of our 21st century, but it also ensures that we can enjoy the delicious protein and nutritious fats of seafood without the presence of mercury, pharmaceutical compounds, and other contaminants. Founded by a cardiologist and a diplomat who were inspired by breakthroughs in stem cell research and the impact of global food insecurity, Wildtype is driven by a passionate team of world-class scientists, engineers, nutrition experts, and entrepreneurs. They are on a mission to create the cleanest and most sustainable seafood on the planet. Dive deeper into Wildtype's journey and their efforts to protect wild salmon runs and collaborate with organizations like The Conservation Fund. Join them in their mission to revolutionize the way we produce and consume seafood.
