## Description

Jeremy Willemse is a software engineering consultancy led by a fractional CTO and real-time systems engineer with experience serving clients across multiple industries since 2013. The practice designs and builds domain-specific software, combining an understanding of business language and needs with established engineering principles. Its services include fractional CTO leadership, software architecture, consulting, and implementation, with a particular focus on real-time data, event-driven systems, streaming platforms, complex event processing, and applied AI and machine learning.

Selected projects demonstrate this range. Race Twin is a digital-twin and race-engineering platform for racing simulators, using vehicle telemetry, simulations, statistical modelling, and AI to support decisions and driver communications. Mycroft explores LLM-powered word-game experiences. Razor Share is a shared electric scooter platform encompassing backend services, IoT controls, rider apps, and fleet operations tools. Open Timekeeping is an open, vendor-neutral motorsport timing project built around a Rust protocol stack.

The consultancy also shares technical writing and invites prospective clients to discuss their domain and software challenges.
