## Description

Willoughby’s Photo Emporium is a New York City photography and electronics retailer serving customers online and from its store at 15–17 West 36th Street. Its catalog includes cameras, lenses, camcorders, memory cards, batteries, lighting, microphones, camera bags, accessories, audio and multimedia equipment, computers, drones, and film-developing services. The store carries products from major camera makers, including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Tamron, and Tokina, alongside new equipment and special offers.

Beyond retail, Willoughby’s provides camera repair and routine maintenance, with free estimates and one-on-one product advice. It also serves business, government, and student customers, and offers financing options on eligible purchases through the Synchrony Electronics Credit Card. Customers can shop online, track orders, or visit the Manhattan store during its posted retail hours.

The retailer sells both U.S.-warranted and imported products. Imported, or grey-market, items are described as authentic new products sourced outside manufacturers’ official U.S. distribution channels. Willoughby’s backs these with a store warranty, subject to stated limits.
