## Description

Willow Minds is an organization providing evidence-informed support to neurodivergent children and the adults who care for or teach them. Its mission is to help children feel understood while giving parents and educators practical tools for everyday challenges. Support addresses neurodiversity, wellbeing, behaviour and school attendance, with guidance designed to work consistently across home and school.

Willow Families offers compassionate, practical support for parents and carers, helping them understand their child, navigate support systems and feel less alone. Willow Schools provides educators and child-facing staff with meaningful insight into learners, supporting accessible provision across the school and helping schools meet SEND requirements.

The organization’s approach draws on neurodevelopment, attachment and behavioural science, translating research into guidance adults can use when it is needed. Support is tailored to each child’s strengths, challenges and circumstances, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

Founder Rebecca Briggs created the Plan B Parenting methodology, drawing on 35 years of experience as a specialist teacher and parent coach across SEND and SEMH.
