## Description

WindShareFund is a sustainable investment brand focused on financing onshore wind energy in Germany. Established in 2015, the company reports investing €25 million in wind turbines and serving more than 1,500 participants. Through its ClimateBonds, investors lend money to WindShareFund Europe N.V., which uses bond proceeds, together with bank financing, to invest in operating wind turbines already connected to the electricity grid. The bonds are offered in €1,000 units and provide a stated fixed base interest rate of 3% annually for up to ten years, with potential profit sharing that could raise the average annual return to 4.97% in a favorable scenario. The company presents these investments as a way to support renewable energy while seeking financial returns. Its website provides brochures, prospectus documents, key information, and details about investment risks, including the possibility of losing some or all of the invested capital. The WindShareFund IV offering described on the site is marked as successfully completed.
